As I grew my team of UX writers at FREENOW, the need for a comprehensive set of product writing guidelines became apparent. Below you’ll find a cut of the guidelines I developed (removing a few sections not appropriate to be shared outside the organisation). I oversaw this project, with contributions from my lovely team of writers.
